Detoxing your ming is an excellent way to manage your stress levels as well as take a break from reality. Here are my five ways to detox your mind:
đź§ Take a walk through nature.
đź§ Drink tea and/ or detox supplement.
đź§ Exercise and engage in physical activity.
đź§ Listen to music therapy at the appropriate frequency wavelength.
đź§ Meditate to align your crown chakra.
